EEPL manufacture and stock a range of 40mm diameter screw-on stainless steel standoffs for glass. They are designed for back or front screw fixing to a variety of structural materials to provide point fixings to enable the parallel installation of vertical structural glass. Back fixing is by means of a single M10 bolt. Front fixing provision is for two M6 machine screws or 6mm woodscrews.
Our 40mm diameter screw-on standoff distances range from 10mm through to 40mm in 10mm increments.
These products are supplied as both Grade 304 stainless steel and Grade 316 stainless steel standoffs. Grade 316 stainless steel standoffs for glass should always be used in marine environments including tidal estuaries and other environments where there is a potentially corrosive environment.
Standard finishes for our stainless steel standoffs for glass are 220 grit satin finish and bright polished finish.
