Our products include weld on glass brackets. These are available as mild steel glass brackets grade 304 stainless steel glass brackets and grade 316 stainless steel glass brackets. They can also be supplied with mild steel fixing plates and stainless steel glass bosses. Our standard GD40 glass brackets are 40mm wide and our GD50 glass brackets are 50mm wide. They are for welding to conventional balusters on horizontal runs. Our GS40 and GS50 glass brackets are longer and are intended for mitre cutting to provide angled brackets for stairways. These products require a 25mm diameter hole in the glass in all cases. Our standard glass brackets are designed for 8mm 10mm or 12mm toughened glass. We can also supply glass brackets for various thicknesses of laminated glass upon request.
Our new GE40 and GE50 Glass Bracket design is a low cost option to the GD40 and GD50 Glass Brackets. This new products used a Dome Nut to terminate the M8 fixing instead of one of our standard Glass Bosses.
EEPL stainless steel standoffs are designed to point fix structural glass panels parallel to and spaced away (standoff distance) from a structural element. Normal standoff distances incrementally range from 10mm through to 100mm. Our stainless steel standoffs for glass are supplied made from grade 304 stainless steel and grade 316 stainless steel and are designed for 8mm 10mm 12mm and 15mm toughened glass. We can supply stainless steel standoffs to enable point fixing of laminated glass too. EEPL can also provide special standoffs for the point fixing of toughened glass up to 25mm thickness.
We also supply other special products including double glass brackets heavy duty 90 degree brackets. Our double brackets and 90 degree brackets are supplied in both inside corner bracket and outside corner bracket formats.

Economy Weld on Glass Bracket
EEPL manufacture and stock a range of Economy Weld on Glass Brackets for fixing glass panels to balustrades. These products are in 40mm and 50mm wide formats and are intended for budget installations. When compared to the GD40 and GD50 formats they have a plain drilled hole instead of a countersunk hole use a machined CSK washer and a stainless steel dome nut instead of an EEPL type glass boss. In other words they do a fine job structurally but have a less elegant appearance when compared to our more expensive product offerings.

EEPL SB range of epoxy resin bond stainless steel standoffs for glass are extra heavy duty. They are designed for resin bond fixing to brick and concrete structures to provide point fixings to enable the parallel installation of vertical structural glass. The internal M16 structure provides the added strength required for thicker glass specifications.
These epoxy resin bond Standoff distances range from 40mm through to 100mm. The products are designed for glass thicknesses from 15mm to 25mm.
These products are supplied as both Grade 304 stainless and Grade 316 stainless steel standoffs. Grade 316 stainless steel standoffs for glass should always be used in marine environments including tidal estuaries and other environments where there is a potentially corrosive environment.
Standard finishes for our stainless steel standoffs for glass are 240 grit satin finish and bright polished finish. Bright polished finishes have better corrosion resistance particularly when used in marine environments.
Glass Fittings

Washers include machined mild steel washers and machined stainless steel washers in grades 304 and grade 316. Washers supplied include M8 clearance washers M10 clearance washers M12 clearance washers M16 clearance washers M8 tapped washers M10 tapped washers M12 tapped washers M16 tapped washers M8 countersunk washers M10 countersunk washers M12 countersunk washers and M16 countersunk washers. Stainless steel machined washers are supplied with either 220 grit satin finish or as a bright polished finish.
Glass bosses are supplied in mild steel grade 304 stainless steel and grade 316 stainless steel. Bosses supplied include M8 glass bosses M10 glass bosses and M12 glass bosses. Our glass bosses are produced for 8mm 10mm 12mm and 15mm glass. Stainless steel glass bosses are supplied with either 220 grit satin finish or as a bright polished finish. Glass bosses are available without drive holes and also with drive holes when they cannot be back fixed.
Glass fixing brackets are supplied in mild steel grade 304 stainless steel and grade 316 stainless steel. Stainless steel glass fixing brackets are supplied with either 220 grit satin finish or as a bright polished finish.
